  1. Wow, my voice is real squeaky in the beginning!

    Take homes:
    Flat is bad!
    Sternal notch aligned with tragus and face flat to ceiling.
    Nasal trumpets are great, Os in the nose (NODESAT) are great.
    Respect vomitus.
    Don’t fixate on A when it’s a CAB pt.: use a supraglottic device.
    Shock? Low dose induction, high dose paralytic.
    All blades are not equal. Two “MAC3’s” are not the same device. Know your tools.
    ETT’s are mostly straight. It’s hard to drive banana curved ETTs.
    Bougies are awesome.
    Optimize your attempts, but the next attempt is a different attempt.
